We all know that there are not enough Ugandan movies and shows on DSTV.
But this may be set to change as local content suppliers and independent film producers are being invited to meet content buyer Margaret Mothore and her team, for a forum aimed at interacting with, and discussing issues that have to do with doing business with Mnet.
There will be a one day TV production workshop aimed at improving on the quality of content required and also to help producers understand the kind of adaptation that is required when submitting content to Mnet. This comes at a time when TV shows are making a comeback with the success of The Hostel and one coming soon from the Ebonies that will also be aired on NTV.
