In the gritty underworld of the illegal human organ black market, Mapendo, a skilled freelance surgeon faces a moral dilemma when he's tasked with delivering a kidney and learns that it's the perfect match for his dying sister, Nandi. Torn between loyalty to his dangerous bosses and saving Nandi, Mapendo must choose a path fraught with betrayal and deception.
