The FILM:  Abomination (2024) (Love | Drama)

When Winnie, newly engaged, returns to her home village to kickstart the preparations for her traditional wedding ceremony, she quickly realizes that things are not going according to plan.

Before proceeding with the arrangements, she must seek approval from her late father's family, as per tradition. In her culture, the father's family plays a significant role in giving her away to her fiancé.

However, complications arise when Winnie discloses her fiancé's name. She learns that he has the same totem and belongs to the same clan as her late paternal grandmother, which would be considered an abomination if they were to marry.
