The FILM: Freedom (2019) (Drama | 105 min)
As a child, Amelia's life undergoes a drastic change when her parents die in a fire. She is then taken in by Mrs. Nsubuga, but Mr. Nsubuga resents her because she is not his biological child. Following the tragic death of Mrs. Nsubuga, Mr. Nsubuga seizes the opportunity to exploit Amelia for his own benefit. He compels her to work in his bar and eventually resorts to selling her into prostitution to generate more income.
